Due to forecasted precipitation in Bozeman on Saturday, tennis matches scheduled between CMR/GFH/Boz/Gallatin/ and Belgrade have been cancelled.
The Trustees of Great Falls School District 1 & A hereby designate property of the District undesirable, unsuitable or obsolete for school purposes. Great Falls School District 1 &A resolves to recycle or otherwise dispose of the identified property as listed as “Surplus Property” on the district website.
As provided in 20-6-604, MCA, the Trustees of the Great Falls School District 1 &A hereby resolve to dispose of the property because it is about to become abandoned, obsolete, undesirable or unsuitable for school purposes of the Great Falls School District 1 & A. The method of disposal shall be by way of recycle, sale or discard.
The Trustees of Great Falls School District 1 & A further resolve that notice of the resolution shall be published on the 29th day of April 2021, in the Great Falls Tribune.
This resolution shall become effective 14 days after publication of the notice identified in the immediately preceding paragraph, unless appealed to the district court by a taxpayer in compliance with and as provided in
Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Great Falls School District 1 & A on the 26th day of April 2021.

Great Falls Schools has had a mask requirement in place as part of our school re-opening plan that was approved by our School Board in August of 2020. At this point the mask protocol for the District will remain in place until the CCHD has met and until the GFPS Board has had a chance to consider any recommendations that staff would bring before them, if any, for changes in our plan at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting.
Registration opens soon for GFPS Summer Virtual Academy 2021!
Virtual Academy is open to all students entering 8th through 12th grade.

Summer Virtual Academy 2021 will run from June 7 through July 31. Students are able to earn credit in several core classes as well as a couple of electives including one dual credit offering. Students taking courses in the summer are able to open up their schedules, affording them more flexibility to take higher level or different courses of their choosing during the school year.
