Weight Watchers @ Work
"Simple Start" coming in January!
When: Mondays - Beginning January 13 - for 12 weeks
Time: 4:15 - 5:00 (may also offer a 5:15 class if we get enough participants)
Where: Paris Gibson - Room 107
Cost: $56 per month which entitles you to all Weight Watchers priviledges, a Weight Watchers consultant and access to the popular e-Tools!

CASH BACK!! At the completion of the 12-week program, cash prizes will be awrded for those who lose 5% ($20) and 10% ($25 more) of their starting weight.

Fitness Center Hours of Operation
Monday through Thursday:
5:30 am – 7:00 am
3:30 pm - 7:00 pm
8:00 am - 12:00 pm
YOGA CLASSES -
Wednesdays: 4:45 pm - 5:45 pm
Thursdays: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Classes will be held at 222 6th Street South, Suite B

Tuesday & Thursday: 4:30 - 5:30 pm (No class held on holidays)
Classes held at Longfellow in the Gym (1100 6th Ave S)

Water Exercise Class -
Next session begins January 14
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 - 8:00 pm
Classes are held at the Great Falls High Pool
Class is FREE to all GFPS faculty and staff and open to the public at a cost of $60.
This is a great NO IMPACT, fun exercise class. No particular swimming skills are required.
GFPS faculty and staff need to register with Kim Fadrhonc at 268-6051.

At the 5th Annual Montana Worksite Health Promotion Conference, Great Falls Public Schools was awarded the Bronze Award 2010 for Outstanding Achievement in Worksite Health Promotion. This coming year will be the 4th year for an Employee Wellness Program at Great Falls Public Schools. This District takes pride in receiving this Award and the fact that we are nurturing the health and well-being of our most important asset – the employees of Great Falls Public Schools.
