Hello,
It is my honor and privilege to be principal of Paris Gibson Education Center. I am very excited to serve the community in this role and to facilitate the educational development of many of Great Fall's most talented youth.
I grew up in Great Falls through sixth grade, then moved to Whitefish, where I graduated high school. I received my Bachelor's degree from Carroll College majoring in Elementary Education and PE/Health K-12. I received a Master of Science Degree in Special Education from Eastern Montana College. I proceeded to receive my administrative licenses through the University of Great Falls and Montana State University, Bozeman.
I have been an educator for 28 years, of which 23 have been with Great Falls Public Schools. Previous to coming here I taught and coached in Twin Bridges, Montana for five years. I chose to come to GFPS because of its stellar reputation and because of the community itself.
I am married to Ruth, who also is an administrator with GFPS, and I have two sons; Dylan a freshman at Mt. Tech in Butte majoring in Environmental Engineering and Jerrin a freshman at Great Falls High School who is majoring in hobbies! We also have three dogs, Maggie a Brittany Spaniel and Raven and Hutch our Black Labs. We love to hunt, fish and spend time outdoors as a family.
