Get to know the Student Services
Advocate
I have been involved in
education as a student and a teacher and counselor for fourty five
years. I entered the profession in 1982 as an industrial arts teacher.
I earned a Masters in Science in Special Education in 1988 and began
teaching students with emotional and behavioral disorders here in Great
Falls. In 2001 I completed a Masters program to begin school
counseling. My background has centered around the middle school level.
I find this age group of students engaging and invigorating. Their
unique emotional and physical needs bring constant challenges to the
school environment.

Not always
working
When I am not working, I
enjoy spending my time with my
family outdoors. We love to hang out at the river, and river. We are
avid water
enthusiasts rafting, kayaking, fishing, swimming and enjoying the
scenery. We
love to camp and be in the mountains.
<>I also like to shoot trap
actively participating in league
activities for the camaraderie and competition. Hunting provides yet
another
opportunity to enjoy our beautiful state and be outdoors.
I am a huge Griz fan, Saturdays during the football season mean Griz
Nation! Check out my link!
You might catch me at the
gym; I am hooked on spinning and
enjoy working out to stay in shape. I love to read and listen to music
for
relaxation. |
