Hello, from your traveling Library Media Specialist. Welcome back to East Middle School 8th graders and hello to all new 7th graders. I'm  here on Wednesday afternoon,Thursday and Friday. It is so nice to be able to meet so many fun and interesting students of Great Falls.

The excitement of my summer was a trip to Glacier Park, camping in a rainstorm, going to a musical called Paint Your Wagon , taking care of my niece, and spending time with my daughter and two dogs.

The dogs names are Rufus and Pugs.They are puggles. A puggle is part beagle and part pug. Howl! Howl!

Rufus likes to chew on everything. Pugs is very shy. He was in the dog pound for two months. So he wants to be petted all the time, and he is very scared of people. You might see me on the trail walking the dogs or I should say being pulled down the trail. Do you have any pets that you would like to share with me? Send me an e mail about your funny pets. I would love to hear funny stories about your pets. When I was young pets in my family: chipmunk, salamander, rabbit, fish, and parakeet.

This summer a new library system has been purchased for the Great Falls Public School District called Alexandria. We have been working on getting your textbooks into Textbook Tracker. It is also set up for you to find books in our Media Center. We will show you how to use it when you come in to check out books. If you need a book and it isn't here at East Media Center. Please let me know using online or come in and visit. I will try and get it for you. I'm here to help you with find a good book to read, researching, or any other needs that  you may have.  2008
